Neil McPhail joins Bankbrokers. He is a senior retail leader with over 35 years of experience in the industry and will be a valuable asset to the US team. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will benefit our clients immensely.

Also, he is an accomplished change agent. He has successfully transformed and improved operations by developing and implementing processes, programs, and strategies.

Neil is well known for innovation and inspiration. In addition, he focuses on people development and customer experience to deliver profitable growth and brand loyalty.

As the former Senior Vice President and General Manager of New Business at Best Buy, Neil led new growth platforms in health technology, home automation, digital media, education, and vehicle electrification.

Before this role, he led large geographies of stores. Also, Neil had responsibility for people and profit in a multi-billion-dollar territory.

He has also been the Senior Vice President and Head of Stores for Maurices, Art Van Furniture and Lowe’s Food Stores. In addition, he is the former President of Monark Premium Appliances.
